GHK-Cu seems to be in every category and none — skin, longevity, inflammation, repair. That's not because it's magic; it's because it isn't a fuel or a hormone at all. It's a signal — and signals operate one level up, rippling across many systems at once. Once you see that, it snaps into focus.

The confusion around GHK-Cu is a categorization problem, not a knowledge problem. You try to file it — is it a skin thing? a mitochondria thing? a longevity thing? — and it refuses to sit in one drawer. The resolution is to stop looking in the drawers. NAD⁺ is a metabolic fuel; testosterone is a hormone; these live at the level of specific machinery.
