Independent health education by Shaaf Hussain

Understand your health as a connected system.

Most health information treats the body as a list of separate parts. It isn't one. Energy, metabolism, hormones, muscle, movement, sleep, brain, heart, gut and skin all pull on each other — and once you can see how, the advice you're given starts making sense (or stops). 85 lessons, twelve schools, free to read.

Three ways in

Pick whichever matches how you think. They all lead to the same library — they just enter it from different doors.

Door 1

By health system

You want to understand a part of the body — energy, hormones, skin, the gut. Start with the system and follow it outward.

Door 2

By guided path

You'd rather be walked through it in order, beginner to advanced, without deciding what to read next.

Door 3

How to tell real evidence from marketing

You want to evaluate health claims yourself — to tell a real measurement from a slogan. Start with the reasoning.

Evidence & Educational Standards

How to read the labels

Every lesson carries an evidence label saying what kind of support the claim actually has. This matters more than it sounds: a great deal of health content blurs “this is well established” with “this is a plausible idea someone had.” Here they're kept separate.

Strong

Consistent human evidence.

Moderate

Real human data, mixed or limited.

Emerging

Early research. Not settled.

Expert interpretation

Mechanistic reasoning, clearly labelled as such.

Lifestyle education

General practical guidance.
